I especially like the shading P.S. Running in high-heeled shoes is a very bad idea =_= It's easy to sprain an ankle then. -- People fear and hate those they don't understand ~ k a l e i d o s c o p e ~ Thanks for the comment.
Yeah, it is a very bad idea in general, yet there exists people who can do just that. -- "The Melody of Logic will always play the notes of truth." - Ayumu Narumi, Spiral - Suiri no Kizuna Usotsuki....

The colors are beautiful and the shading are very well done. One thing on the dress, the belly part has too much folds. She looks like she is way too skeletal. I think this part should be more flat so we can see she has a belly.
You are on the right way! Keep it up!
With a long shadow like that, it tends to mean that the sun is quite far down in the sky - it's more of an evening shadow than a day time one - so maybe the lighting could be changed to reflect that, adding in some warm sunset glows and making the shading on the character a little stronger and more defined, but still keeping it soft like you have done. Either that or making the shadow a little shorter to be in keeping with the daylight style of lighting you've used.
The 3D background looks great, but perhaps a little on the harsh side, it partly takes away from the character, which ought to be the main focus of a picture like this. It also separates the foreground slightly, leaving just the shadow to connect the two pieces of the artwrk together. You could try painting over the 3D work a little to make it blend better with the rest of the image and add in some finer details such as trailing pnats over the brick wall, flowers in the white stone structure, or birds in the sky.
Over all, I think this is looking great already and has so much potential to be even more incredible, so keep up the good work!
